Oregon Soccer Club is excited to announce a new partnership with PlayMetrics.
This partnership will provide Oregon SC parents, players, coaches, team managers and club officials with access to all-in-one club management software that is purpose-built for youth soccer organizations. PlayMetrics unifies communication, registration, field management, session planning, coach oversight, player development and club operations into one easy-to-manage hub.
PlayMetrics will be Oregon SC's registration system starting in the 2024-25 season, replacing Demosphere. The Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association and the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association also are switching to PlayMetrics for scheduling, player registration and risk management starting in the 2024-25 season.
However, Oregon SC is starting our use of the system now. PlayMetrics will be used to run the club website and messaging for the Spring 2024 season, replacing Sports Engine in late April.
As of March 19, all Oregon SC families with players registered for the 2023-24 season should have received an invitation email to join PlayMetrics — the invitations were sent to the email address used to register the player. Most coaches and team managers received invitations to the system earlier. If you do not see an invitation email, be sure to check your spam or junk email folder.
PlayMetrics offers many advantages, but most importantly, its Club Operating System delivers a single experience for Oregon SC families, eliminating the need for you to download, learn and maintain multiple apps to manage your relationship with the club.
Here are just some of the things you can do in PlayMetrics as a family member:
We've found PlayMetrics to be a very intuitive system, but if you encounter issues, here are some resources to help get you started.
We will continue to use Demosphere for registration, official WYSA/MAYSA rosters, risk management (Players Health Protect) and some club communications through the Spring 2024 season.
