The Oregon Soccer Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on Sunday, March 19, starting at 6 p.m. in the Commons at Rome Corners Intermediate School. All club members are encouraged to attend.
The agenda for the meeting includes:
- Introduction of Board members and other club volunteers
- Oregon Soccer Fall Fury update
- Financial report
- Update on the Oregon SC website
- A look ahead to Spring 2017
- Additional training opportunities for Spring and Summer 2017 in Oregon
- Vote on proposed changes to the OSC constitution and bylaws (handouts will be provided)
- Board elections. The two-year positions up for election this year are:
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Assistant Competitive Commissioner
- Boys Recreational Commisioner (Under-9 and older)
- Under-7/8 Girls Commissioner
- Presentation on Competitive Program changes for the 2017-18 season
- Prize drawings: Two drawings for a $50 coupon for reduced Oregon SC registration fees for the 2017-18 season, and one for a WYSA camping chair.
