Oregon Soccer Club and the Soccer Parenting Association today announced a partnership agreement by which all Oregon SC will receive free access to the educational content on the SoccerParentResourceCenter.com platform.
The Soccer Parent Resource Center seeks to improve and enhance the experience for youth soccer players by engaging and supporting the players’ parents on topics related to the body, mind, coach, parent, next level and the game, as well as providing coach education related to establishing positive relationships with players and parents.
Oregon SC, founded in 1978, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide the youth of Oregon, Wisconsin, and surrounding communities the opportunity and training to learn and play the game of soccer at varying levels of recreational or competitive play. OSC strives to teach and demonstrate soccer skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, respect and fair play, as well to foster youth growth and development through soccer and enjoyment of the game. For the 2022-23 season, we have more than 800 players.
Providing a positive youth sporting experience where all children feel inspired, develop important life skills and establish healthy habits they will take with them for life must be a top priority for all youth sport organizations.

“The investment Oregon Soccer Club is making towards positively affecting the lives of the players and families associated with their club is commendable. We are proud to work with Oregon SC and are encouraged by their commitment to make a positive impact in their community through sport,” said Skye Eddy, Founder of the Soccer Parenting Association."
"We're excited to partner with the Soccer Parenting Association, an organization that shares our beliefs and mission," Oregon SC president Eric Anderson said. "We're always looking for ways to enhance our program as we strive to create the best environment possible for players and the club to learn, grow and develop.
"Parents and coaches play a vital role in that process, and the Soccer Parenting Resource Center provides well-researched resources, education and webinars. These tools will provide great support for our families and coaches and help Oregon SC continue to provide a positive experience for everyone."
