The Oregon SC Board of Directors is seeking volunteers for three key positions within the club: Fundraising Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator and Oregon Soccer Fall Fury co-director.

Guidance and assistance will be provided. Individuals serving in these positions are exempt from Oregon SC volunteer requirements.

Please consider volunteering for one of these positions — you can help us provide a quality soccer experience for hundreds of children in our community.

Fundraising Coordinator

• This is a non-voting Board position.
• Oversees the club's fundraising efforts, which has two main goals:
  • Fund the Oregon SC scholarship/financial aid program
  • Keep player fees from being significantly increased on an annual basis despite ever-increasing expenses
• Current fundraising projects include Bucky Book sales, spirit wear sales through Stefans Soccer, Oregon SC scarf sales, Oregon SC Night at Forward Madison and Amazon Smile. Do you have other ideas? Let's discuss!

Volunteer Coordinator

• This is a non-voting Board position.
• Coordinates and oversees volunteer assistance for club initiatives. This could include, but is not limited to, fundraising events, food drives, equipment trade-in days, uniform try-on events and/or distribution and basic field assistance, such as moving goals or team benches and putting up/taking down corner flags.
• Plays an integral role for the Oregon Soccer Fall Fury, working with the tournament co-directors and committee to promote and secure the many volunteers needed for the event.

OREGON SOCCER FALL FURY CO-DIRECTOR

• This is a non-voting Board position.
• Work closely with co-director Andrea Lang, who served in this position last year and has been heavily involved with the tournament's operations for several years.
• The structure of this position is flexible and is jointly determined by the tournament co-directors.
• The 2022 Oregon Soccer Fall Fury will be held Sept. 30-Oct. 2 in Fitchburg and Brooklyn/Oregon. In addition to being available the week of the tournament, much of the set-up work is done in the weeks and months before the event.
