Qualifications:  Dylan holds an English FA Level 1 in Coaching Soccer, as well as an English BTEC Level 3 in Sport and a Sports Leaders Qualification. 

Experience: Dylan grew up on the Isle of Man playing recreational soccer since the age of 5.  In 2017, he started coaching through a coach development program where he was working with children 3-14 years old.  He also coached and mentored a group from 4U-10U for a local club on the island.

In Summer 2022, Dylan joined Challenger Sports and came to the U.S., coaching at summer camps for players ranging from 3-14 years in the Atlanta and Baltimore regions. He then joined a club in Chelmsford, Mass., where he mentored parent coaches and led sessions for 12U and 14U travel teams.

Coaching philosophy: "I'm passionate about seeing  young players improve both as people and athletes. Encouragement and praise is essential for building a young person's confidence — if they believe they can make it, they will."
