Lang was the Oregon High School captain during her junior and senior seasons, earning Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association all-state honors both seasons (first team in 2022, honorable mention in 2021).

In 2022, with Lang in goal, the Panthers (23-0-1) won their third WIAA Division 2 state championship and finished the season ranked No. 1 in the United Soccer Coaches Spring national poll — just the second team in Wisconsin prep girls soccer history to do so.

Lang, who played with Oregon SC for her entire club career, then headed to NCAA Division I UW-Green Bay, where she made 11 appearances for the Phoenix over the 2022 and '23 seasons.
