Qualifications: Bobby holds a U.S. Soccer Federation National "C" license.

Experience: Nichols, the Oregon High School varsity girls coach, is a physical education teacher at Milton High School.

A Missouri native, he coached at Rush Wisconsin and its predecessor Middleton-Yahara SC for nearly 20 years, leading three teams to Wisconsin State Cup titles and four teams to runner-up finishes, and also at Madison FC (now known as SC Wave Madison).

Before taking over the Panthers girls program, Nichols led the Milton girls program for 18 years and the school's boys program for five years. He also was an assistant for men's teams at Edgewood College and Missouri Southern (his alma mater) and the UW-Whitewater women's team.

Coaching philosophy: A great soccer coach requires being a dedicated and organized individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships among athletes, coaches, administrators and community members.
