Oregon SC and the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association have a mandatory coach pass policy. All coaches, assistant coaches and team managers must hold a state-issued coach pass card and complete SafeSport and concussion training. A pass card provides individuals WYSA membership and serves as the association's Risk Management process, as required by Wisconsin law.
WYSA partners with Player's Health, a risk management services firm specializing in youth sports organizations. Members can access the Player's Health platform through their Demosphere account, or through their iOS or Android mobile apps.
Player's Health is integrated with the U.S. Center for SafeSport to ensure all coaches and staff members have completed the proper screenings to be compliant with WYSA standards.
New coaches/team managers in Demosphere need to be added to their club's Team Staff Pool by the club registrar. Once added, they will receive an email invitation from WYSA to complete the Risk Management application.
Action items must be completed to have an updated/approved status in Player’s Health - coaches and other team staff cannot be added to team rosters until the action items are completed.

Users will receive emails 90 days, 30 days, two weeks and one day before their expiration date with a link to complete their renewal.
Physical pass cards are no longer printed. They are available online for download once all requirements have been completed.
Because Risk Management and coach licenses are handled in separate databases, pass cards no longer show license level. Please provide your respective commissioner with a printed copy of your license, which is available for download through your U.S. Soccer Learning Center account.
