Do you have soccer equipment that your family no longer needs but still could be used? Don't throw it away - donate it to families that will use it.

Oregon Soccer Club will hold its second annual Equipment Trade-In Day on Sunday, July 31, near the brown and tan sheds behind Netherwood Knoll Elementary School (or inside the Prairie View Big Gym in case of inclement weather).

From 10 a.m. to noon, drop off used:

  • Cleats
  • Shinguards
  • Soccer balls
  • Soccer bags
  • Soccer socks
  • Soccer jerseys
  • Other equipment (goals, rebounders, flags, cones, Sweet Spots, etc.)

Then from 1 to 3 p.m., all Oregon SC families are invited to look through the items and take what fits their children. No returns. Oregon SC volunteers will sort through and assess all equipment and clothing and will strive to remove any unsafe equipment, but cannot be held liable for defective items. Any unclaimed items will be donated to Madison's Millennium Soccer Club.

Want to donate but can't make it July 31? Email Bryan Steffen by Friday, July 29 to arrange another drop-off time.
